Mediebolaget Promedia i Mellansverige AB is a subsidiary of Liberala Tidningar i Mellansverige AB which in turn has three major shareholders: Mediaintressenter (55%), Mittmedia (25%) and Eskilstuna-Kuriren (20%). Stampen AB is the majority owner in Promedia through Mediaintressenter PLMS AB.
